Over the summer we undertook the following works at Calderdale College.

To the substation, we erected full scaffold so that a new bauder roof could be installed along with new anthracite fascia's and black gutters and downpipes. Original timber doors were removed  and replaced with aluminium windows and doors. The substation was repointed in a lime mortar mix in order for the building to breath.

Within the main college block MBC installed a new Wykamol weather proofing and tanking system to the basement.

Externally we installed new drainage, Wykamol waterproofing system and re tarmacking.

MBC also installed 2nr balustrades to fire escape staircases over 6 floors, we have also installed new fire doors to the staircase and riser cupboards.
