MBC was appointed as part of the annual painting programme to decorate the internal lobbies of 11 nr accommodation buildings.

The works comprised of timber repairs and decoration, to walls, ceilings balustrades and radiators.

MBC completed the works around the clients requirements, due to working on live buildings.

The site manager liaised with building facilities managers to arrange access, they also installed signs a week ahead of programme to allow the building users know that works where being carried out. The contracts Manager organised for each resident to receive a letter explaining the works and contact information  for the project.
