MBC undertook the replacement of the chiller which is located to the top of the roof.

Initially a temporary cooling system was installed prior to the existing chiller being disconnected from the pipework.

This was then removed from the roof by a crane, an exclusions  zone was put  in place and along with banks man around the perimeter.

The original chiller was removed and a new chiller was craned up and all pipework was installed.
