A project was undertaken at the 1830 Station Building – Science Academy for The Museum of Science and Industry over a Sixteen-week period. The Station building is Grade 2 listed.

Works included overhauling each of the windows around the building. The works included the replacement of the weighs, pullies, cords, staff beads with new brass ironmongery. Each of the panes of glass had the existing putty carefully taken out with new being installed. The windows were carefully decorated internally and externally.

Within the Station Building we installed a new bathroom / kitchen with new flooring throughout and Decoration.

The glazed wall leading out to the railway tracks were cleaned with new manifestations.

Throughout the building we carried out a new emergency lighting scheme replacing all the lighting and upgrading the cabling systems. With mechanical installing a new ventilation extract system.
