The Limes Building is part of the Fallowfield Campus at The University of Manchester, during this project we refurbished the pot wash and food preparation rooms.

Firstly we removed the suspended ceiling tiles in the pot wash and food preparation areas, kitchen and corridors and then removed the carpets within in the areas.

The second part of the project included the installation of the new Gypsum Ceiling Tiles to the pot wash and food preparation areas. We also cleaned the existing vinyl flooring and installed new non slip to various different areas which included the staffroom and corridors.

All damaged skirting boards were replaced. We provided and installed fire doors and fire stopping as necessary.
