MBC Building Contractors were contracted to undertake specialist external repairs to Sunnyside house. MBC’s specialist joinery team undertook specialist window repairs to the timber windows and bargeboards splicing out degraded timbers and replacing. Chimneys were rebuilt as per the architects details & full roofing replacement and localised mortar repairs. MBC’s team worked alongside the conservation officer to remake new ridge tiles to match the existing ridge tiles undertaking mouldings for approval.
