Works involved fire stopping works to 53 apartments the scheme was similar in nature to the Dale Street project. However this project involved stripping out fixtures and fitting in the apartments and ceilings and walls to access the structural steel work. 

Operatives then undertook then had to fires toping works to the structural steel work and re-instate all fixtures & fittings. Again apartment owners had to be scheduled moving out and moving in dates and for that reason the scheme was extremely tight on programme with no room for programme slippages.
