MBC undertook the re-roofing to Richmond Park flats in 6 weeks.

All slate, felt and batten was removed and disposed of new felt and batten along with Marley Modern Roofing Tiles with a dry verge edge finish.

Internally 300mm insulation was installed throughout the roof, due to the building being flats and the roof being compartmented access had to be taken externally.
