Construction of new HV substation to house a backup generator for the hospital. A complex underground ducting system was formed using in situ concrete whilst working on various parts of the hospital. Strategic planning with the hospital management team was required in order safely divert the day to day hospital traffic. Thorough health and safety planning was required prior to starting the project in order to reduce the risk of infection to highly vulnerable patients
