The Dwell student living project was within the heart of Manchester  right in the City centre. The building had the B Block main area refurbished to incorporate all bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms for each of the appartements.  The project consisted of MBC fully stripping back to the existing building structure and starting again installing a full new Mechanical and Electrical system. New Drylining to form all the new bedrooms, kitchens, ensuites, living areas, corridors etc. The project was Design and Build with MBC proposing alternative layouts and designs for the client to discuss during tender stage.

The entire project of refurbishing 196 apartment areas took 32 weeks, which the end dates could not be extended due to students flying in from all over the world to move in. To ensure that we met the deadline handover dates for each of the floors the site was open 24hr 7 days a weeks pushing to get each floor finished.
