This project was undertaken at Dalton Ellis Hall at The University of Manchester and again involved kitchen refurbishments & upgrades to 12 number kitchens in student flats. Additionally M&E upgrades was to light fittings and faceplates rather than the electrical infrastructure. 

The works consisted of the Strip out of old kitchen & Strip out of redundant M&E services & light fittings. Installation of new M&E Upgrades, Installation of a new kitchens, Installation of new floor coverings, Decoration to kitchen area & Supply & install of new appliances. 

MBC had to work to a very tight deadline to ensure project hand over to ensure the project was complete for when the students returned. Additionally there was substantial LADs associated with such a project & completion was critical.
