The works involve the refurbishment to second floor offices and the library mezzanine level. The project was time driven with no movement in end date. The project had to be delivered in three weeks to facilitate a move in internal staff. To achieve such a tight deadline MBC Building contractors opened site 7 days a week for 12 hours. Sub-contractors also bought in to this shift pattern. The works included a full M&E upgrade. Removal of existing sockets, installation of new light fittings fire alarm panel and DB boards. Installation of new AC units, full decoration, installation of a kitchen break out area, new ceilings with perimeter MF detail & floor coverings.
