Contracts Manager Lee managed 3 college projects and supported the 3nr site managers at each location to successfully complete a project ready for the new term in September. The works included, complete office & classroom refurb, glazed partitions, air conditioning, internal fire doors, ceilings, building training bays.

Chester College comprised of a full refurbishment to the business hub, this included but not limited to, Glazed Screens, Acoustic sliding wall, new structural steel, door, walls, ceiling and flooring and full decoration.

Ellesmere Port college had construction of teaching bays were formed, new electrical and brickwork workshop were created and full refurb the to the first floor classrooms, which included construction of new walls, installation of ceilings, new floor finish, full decoration, new electrical works such as lighting, data, fire and AC.

Crewe College had a full refurbishment of several classrooms and installation of automated doors throughout the building.
