MBC Building Contractors NW Ltd are a diverse Main Contractor specialising in refurbishment & adaptation works.
We are experts in successful delivery of projects within operational environments & where communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders is key.

We have extensive experience in working on occupied areas for schools and universities where building & occupier safety is paramount. Whilst we predominantly specialise in refurbishment works we have the ability to complete small complicated new build schemes & have done so successfully on multiple occasions.
Around 85% of our revenue is generated from repeat business with our valued clients. We believe this client retention comes from collaborative working & our honest & open approach to undertaking projects. MBC Building Contractors was formed in 2005 by former Managing Director Mark Brierley who has now passed the buisness onto his son Managing Director Sam Brierley & whilst we have a specialist teams who can undertake a large variety of complex projects our aim is to always be approachable & never lose the family feel and values that have seen us go from strength to strength in recent years.
In addition to our project works we have a small works department who specialise in quick turnaround fast pace small works. We are also a FIRAS accredited contractor for passive fire protection & the installation & maintenance of fire doors.
We believe in putting our people first as our employees are at the core of our business. We have a high labour retention rate & a multi-discipline trained workforce that are able to offer a complete service. Together we believe we can all build better value together, we are predominantly a Northwest based contractor but do offer a range of services Nationwide.
